Deed Restrictions

Willowlake is a deed-restriction enforced community located in northwest Harris County, near Jersey Village.

We all play a role in keeping our neighborhood beautiful, safe, and welcoming. By taking a few simple steps, we can protect our property values and be great neighbors to one another.​

Inspections:

We have random inspections by independent inspectors that look for deed restriction violations and they send out letters of notification.  Please correct any issues as quickly as possible.

​Friendly Reminders

  • Keep our neighborhood clean. Pick up trash in your yard — and if you see litter nearby, please consider picking that up as well.
     

  • Trash day etiquette matters. Please place trash, lawn clippings, and heavy trash at the curb no earlier than Tuesday night.
     

  • Protect community property. Do not tape flyers or notices to mailboxes or stop signs, as tape damages the surfaces and requires costly repainting.
     

  • Maintain your lawn. Keep grass mowed regularly. If service is done before Tuesday, please have landscapers haul clippings away or store bags out of sight until pickup.
     

  • Care for your home’s exterior. Submit an ACC application for approval before making exterior changes and complete repairs promptly once approved.
     

  • Drive safely. The speed limit is 30 mph, but slower is encouraged — especially around children and parked vehicles.
     

  • Park considerately. Whenever possible, park in your garage or driveway. Street parking can disrupt traffic flow, limit visibility, and create safety concerns for pedestrians.
